The pancakes boast a light, fluffy texture and sweet, yet subtle flavour of raspberry and blueberry – so if you’ve got a bit of a sweet tooth, they’re sure to keep your cravings at bay! This box contains 50 individual sachets. Our pancakes are specifically formulated to be high in protein and enriched with vitamins and minerals containing a 3rd of your daily RDA. Use our diet raspberry and blueberry pancakes daily as a meal replacement if you are following a low calorie healthy diet plan, or consume 3 products per day alone (as directed), for your full daily RDA intake as part of an Exante Diet fast weight-loss meal plan. How to use: Empty the packet into a bowl, slowly adding 100ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolved. Let stand for 1-3 mins. Put a non-stick pan on to heat and coat with 1kcal oil spray. Pour the mix (or just half, if you want 2 pancakes) into the hot pan and cook it over a fast heat on both sides for around 1 minute. Consume within 10mins of cooking. It’s important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily!
